Description
It all started in a shed, no joke! Ian, started home brewing in his garden shed, building recipes inspired by his loved beers. We loved it, our mates loved it, the shed was bursting at the seams, it was time to move to bigger premises. In 2013 Brick was born, and we started building a brewery in a railway arch behind Peckham Rye station, SE London.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Hazy orange pour with a swiftly dissipating white head. Aromas of ginger, orange marmalade, apricot jam. Ooh that's spicy, ginger, heavy lime action, orange and red chilli taste. This is grapefruit with a chilli kick. Very nice.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Bottle Apostle, South Hackney. Pours clear red with a fizzy pink head. Lightly sweet with balanced acidity, fresh cherry, decent tartness, a little seedy bitterness. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Quenching finish, lightly drying, more fresh tart cherry. Delicious, mighty drinkable.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Bottle Apostle, South Hackney. Pours unclear pink with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet with mellow acidity, nice berry tartness, sturdy ginger spice. Light bodied with average carbonation. Quenching finish, quite clean, more dry ginger spice, lemonade, tangy berries. Greatly enjoyable.

From tap at The Shirker’s Rest in New Cross, London, 04.12.22. Milky pale peach colour. Excellent aroma and taste of grapefruit, nectarines, pineapple, lychee, pine shoots and an appropriately hint of feline urine. Good!

Keg @ Tower Bridge Arms. Hazed orange pour, small head. Pokey spice aroma. Quite a big spicy hit with fiery ginger and lingering habanero spice which carries on burning the back of the throat for some time. Distinctly overly spicy unfortunately with no rhubarb coming through.
