Nearly clear amber, light beige head. Metallic, caramely and yeasty aroma. Sweet, yeasty flavour, some perfumy and metallic notes too.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, murky, orangey amber with a lacing, off-white head. Yeasty and very Belian aroma with some dried fruit. Medium body, sweet dried, dark fruitiness, Belgian yeast and friendly phenols. No real bitterness. Not a huge Dubbel, but quite enjoyable and well made. 261025

Xmas beer no.3 25/26.Dark amber colour with off white head.Aroma is toasted and sweet with flavor of berries and caramel medium body and light sweet flavour of hops and malt light livly mouth feels and mild finish.

Bottled. A black beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of chocolate, roasted malt, vanilla, and candy sugar. The flavor is sweet with notes roasted malt, alcohol, chocolate, spices, and vanilla, leading to a bitter finish. 8/4/8/3/15

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, deep golden with a small, lacing, white head. Surprising - for Thisted - citrus aroma. Solid malty body, biscuity and sweet caramel with a discreet bitterness. Like an old school American West Coast IPA - minus the bitterness. 310825

Medium body, lowish carbonation, very sweet malts and more pronounced butter accents - they really have a diacetyl issue here. Some finishing bitterness. Quite sloppy for Thisted. 300825
