0,5 l bottle from Meny Blåvand. BB 11.07.2029. Pitch black in the glass, one finger foamy beige head. Looks really good. Malty on the nose with a lot of smoke, bacon and peat. Tastes the same with dominating malt. Behind the smoky elements dark fruity parts. Some sweet licorice. Balanced stuff. Very low carbonation. Soft bitterness. Nice one.

Backlog August 2006. Pitch black body under a moderate sized beige head. Aroma has roasted malt and licorice. Taste is dark, almost burnt malt with licorice and moderate bitterness. Fine body and OK aftertaste. A bit one-dimensional but sure quite nice.

0,5 l bottle from Meny, Blåvand. BB 17.01.2030. A darkest red brown, nearly black in the glass with an one finger intensive foamy stable beige head. Looks really good. A mix of malt, lactose, choco and salted licorice on the nose. Taste starts with intensive licorice and malt, some sweet elements, lactose. Smooth and creamy at the palate. Sweet licorice in the second part, malty. Very low carbonation. Present soft bitterness. Hidden abv. Nice one.

0,5 l bottle from Meny, Blåvand. BB 10.01.2027. Cloudy dark red brown in the glass with a more than one finger intensive foamy pale beige head. Deep malty fruity and sugared on the nose. Taste is more on the fruity side, mostly orange, increasing malty with yeast and decent bitterhop. Little bit dry. Could be more complex, but still not a bad one.

0,5 l bottle from Meny, Blåvand. BB 25.03.2027. Slightly cloudy bright copper in the glass with a more than one finger foamy head. Looks good. Intensive sweet floral citrus aroma, malty with resin, pine and honey. Taste starts on the more malty side, increasing resin, fruity, some herbs, soft but present bitterness. Low toffee and some yeast in the background. Long lasting aftertaste. Nice one!

Taste is on the more roasted malty side, roasted caramel, increasing dry in the second part. Present hop bitterness. Little bit alcoholic fruity sweetness. Bitterhop also in te long lasting aftertaste. Not bad.
