Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, nutty brown with a lacing, beige head. Spicy but not very prominent hop aroma paired with some caramelly malts. Rich, malty, caramelly body, hints of molasses and a bitter finish. Unsophisticated yet drinkable - your typical Thisted IPA. 060425

50cl bottle with new label design.
First aroma impression is strong east european lager with relatively high quality mostly bitter only hoppy balance. Fairly traditional strong european beer aroma, where hops are plain bitter and malts are malty, not sweet. tight.
flavor is sweet malty, ever so slightly fruity, not as hoppy as aroma, in fact i think it needs a sharper more bitter hoppy balance, as is, it comes off as sweet with too litlle bitterness. so sweet malty, slightly fruity, unbalanced hopping. the unfilteredness might contribute slightly to the fruity note. Not one of the best from Thisted.

50cl bottle, new label design on several of their bottles i haven't noticed before. "THY Økologisk Ufiltreret Plsner"
aroma has sunburnt hops, bitter herbal hops, fresh grassy notes.
Flavor is very pleasant, malty and hoppy, slightly sweet, hops were herbal and grassy in the nose, but in the flavor they work very well to balance the quite malty base. Taste is way better than aroma. good full body for a supermarket ale at a reasonable price.
