Bottle from Meny at home 13/05/2026 Dark roasted malty and hoppy aroma and taste, some cocoa and brown sugar, liquorice, citrusy bitter hoppy undertones, ashy and coffee roast, medium body, bitter hoppy and roasted malty finish. Solid supermarket BIPA, close to their Limfjords Baltic BIPA.

50 cl bottle from a Netto discounter poured in to a footed pilsner glass. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus fruits, grasses and light bread. The taste is bitter. Medium body, creamy texture. Dry and bitter finish. Fair, fine value for money.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a creamy and lacing, beige head. An aroma of roast, licorice and citrusy hops. Medium body, English licorice and roast with a finishing bitterness from both malts and hops. Quite true to style. 070526

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque reddish orange with a roughish, lacing, white head. Nose is mainly yeasty. Light body, quite sweet and yeasty - Hefe yeast with no real bitterness. Considering how acidic chokeberries are, this is very mellow. Not horrible. 070526

Sweet roasted aroma with coffee, liquorice, dark chocolate, toasted bread, and herbal hoppy notes. The taste is roasted bitter. Medium body. Dry and bitter finish with lingering dark malts. Fair.
