Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2018. Pours a clear very pale straw yellow with no head whatsoever. Aroma has earthy dry apple with a touch of sweetnes and acid underlying. Flavor has sweet apple that is slightly dry in the finish with at touch of earthiness underlying.

Nice. Tart/crisp/sharp apples/fruit peel/pepper/herbal/yeast funk/earth. Semidry/med carb. Lingering acid/tannin drying. Pretty smooth. Nice fruit/yeast complexity. Thought it was a bit too tannic at first, got better as it warmed up. 2014 year.

Refrigerated 75 cL 2013 brown bottle poured into a glass. Clear golden with little white head. Aroma is nice pears, light body, low carbonation and no lacing. Taste is light slightly tart pear and pretty dry finish. I would guess past it’s prime.

Can. Poured a tan color with a medium sized fluffy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was egg white, phenol and faint berry. The flavor was dryish with faint berry, phenol and astringency. Medium length finish. Medium body.
