On tap. An amber pour with a white foamy ring. Red apple aroma. Flavor is similarly red apple, sugary sweet and tart. Juicy. Pretty good.

Refrigerated 76 cl brown bottle poured into a snifter. Clear golden, wood aroma, medium body, and a little carbonation. Taste is wood, honey, and some chocolate.

On tap at Hopcat. Pours a murky light yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has sweet dry apple with a bit of grass and a light mustiness. Flavor combines grass and sweet apple up front with marijuana in the finish.

Tallboy can from Whole Foods Wauwatosa, 11/18/16. Clear very pale golden, moderate fizzy white head that fades quickly. Aroma of sweet apples and mild earthy hops. The taste is dry earthy apples, hints of pine. Thin.

Great! Balanced sweet/tart pears; peach/grape/apple/earthy yeast/light honey. Semisweet/acidic/drying finish. Mild carb. Great complexity! --- Beer merged from original tick of Bon Chretein on 19 Nov 2016 at 01:26 - Score: 8. Original review text:

16oz can. A pretty cool Cider. Dry, medium bodied. Pale yellow body. No real head. The aroma is quite unique...cinnamon, vanilla, pecan. Not in line with an Ice Cider or something of that magnitude, but quite an enjoyable beverage.

Shared bomber. Clean, shiney light gold. This is the best "cider" I have experienced. Granted, I’ve had few because I’ve been of the opinion that they pretty much taste the same-- like hard cider. Not this one. Oak character. Hints, just hints of bourbon. Apple and honey, but not the tart fruity character of apple nor the sweet stickiness of honey. Everything balanced nicely. Definitely a "buy again."

Sampled from a 16oz can this cider poured a yellow-gold color with a small foamy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was apple flesh and a hint of vague spices. The flavor was vanilla and cinnamon followed by apple flesh. Medium length finish. Medium body. Ok
