Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at home on a chilly spring Saturday afternoon. Appearance is like any other cider, pale gold with no head. Aroma is pretty great with pecan, vanilla, roast, apple, and cinnamon notes. Taste is surprisingly sweet, really hits you first thing out of the gate, light carbonation, still getting pecan and vanilla notes which sets this apart from other ciders I’ve had.

On tap at Bangers & Lace. Pours a clear watery pink with no head whatsoever. Aroma has a musty apple note with a bit of light spice underlying. Flavor has a bit more sweet apple with a musty finish and a bit of rosé.

A golden cider with a thin white head. In aroma, light sweet apple pulp with faint Brett notes. In mouth, a nice crisp and tart apple with light Brett, oak, very nice and smooth with residents apple juice, very nice. On tap at End of Everything beer fest Dec 22 2013.

Can poured into a shaker. From notes. Awesome cider. Sweet and tart apples with a hint of cinnamon. Not getting a whole lot of pecan here. Really good though. I would gladly drink this anytime.

16 oz can. Pours clear straw with a little bit of carbonation. Light apple aroma, perhaps slightly toasty. Sweet roasted cinnamon flavor and red apple, nuttiness, powdered sugar, like some kind of apple cinnamon bun. Pecan is clearer in the finish. This really works well.

On tap at MBGSF 2013. Pours a clear gold with little carbonation. Apple aroma leaning toward the tart green granny smith end of the spectrum. Nicely tart flavors of red and green apples, and a vinegar acidity without any real sourness. A very well done cider with clean but complex flavors.
