Can thanks to Drake! Highly carbonated, gold, small white head. Nose is apple, light vanilla, light cinnamon, light nuts. Flavor is quite good: fresh apple juice, cinnamon, light vanilla, roasted nuts. The flavors are subtle, but balance this out quite nicely. Enjoyable.

Aroma of apples and mild ginger. The dry flavor is of apples and subtle ginger. It's pleasant enough and pretty good overall.

Sample at Broad Leaf (as Brewery Vivant Brewer's Cider). Hazy straw color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lace. Apple, wheat and malt aroma. Medium body with flavors of apple, malt and a bit of spice. The finish is fruity with an apple aftertaste. Decent overall.

Can. A- Cherry. A- Red color, clear liquid, no head. T- Cherry, apple, subtle medicine. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A bit sweet and a fair cherry flavor. Being in Michigan with the orchards available, I expect a lot better than this. Angry Orchard could top this one.

Can. A- Blueberry, apple. A- Purple color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Blueberry, apple. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, dry finish. O- Super dry and not that sweet, much to my surprise. The blueberry does taste natural at least.

Pint can from Tadych's Iron Mountain, 10/31/20. Clear purple, thin fizzy white head that doesn't last. Aroma of tart apple and medicinal blueberries. Taste is tart berry, tart apple, and a jammy berry finish. A little thick. Okay. Kinda like melted popsicle.

On tap at Vander Mill, pours a clear pale blonde, tiny head. Aroma is very oaky, with plenty of barrel character, and crisp pear skins. Flavour is very barrel-dominated, with intense oaky woodiness and crisp apple skins. A bit over-the-top in barrel character even though this is ony 6.1%. Fun but a bit harsh.

On tap at Vander Mill, pours a clear ros, tiny head. Aroma brings out ros wine-like notes, with gentle acidity. Flavour is a little less pronounced, with moderate acidity and gentle wine-like notes. Muffled and lacking complexity. Not so great.

On tap at Vander Mill, pours a clear dark reddish amber with a tiny head. Aroma is fairly subtle, with gentle blueberries and crisp apple skins. Flavour is fuller, with a nice marriage between blueberries and crisp apple skins. Just enough residual sugar to amplify the complexity. Good stuff.
