On tap at Vander Mill, pours a clear pale blonde / near-water colour with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out gentle funk and crisp apple acidity. Flavour is along the same lines, with gentle sweetness, crisp apple acidity, and light mustiness. Crisp and clean but ultimately uninteresting.

Excellent! Tart/tangy cranberry/hibiscus;red/green/crisp apples;fruit peel/peppercorn/white sugar. Semidry/semicrisp carb. Lingering acid/tangy/tannic drying. No pucker. Refreshingly smooth. Great fruit complexity/spice balance. Loved it!

Sample at City Tavern. Clear pale golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spots of lace. Aroma of apple and mild spice. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly tart apple, spice and yeast. The finish is fruity with an apple aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap at Macs Industrial. Pours a clear light yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has sweet apple and cinnamon with some bourbon backing. Flavor has sweet spiced apple with a growing bourbon supporting.
