Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, tropical fruit, lactose, and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge juicy/tart/tangy passion fruit, mango, melon, fruit skin, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, papaya, guava, berries, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, vanilla, cream, wheat, biscuit dough, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, tropical fruit, lactose, and bready malt flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness and tart/tangy fruit balance; with no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and tart/tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and lightly sticky/tangy/acidic mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.9%. Overall this is a fantastic Milkshake IPA! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, tropical fruit, lactose, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV, with the mildly bitter/tart/drying finish. Amazingly soft feel. Feels like Citra/Galaxy. Extremely juicy hops/fruit, with light dankness; great lactose and wheat/oat/malt balance. Not overly sweet from lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing style example.

Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately grainy/acidic, and lightly sticky/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming 6.5%. Overall this is an outstanding dessert style Berliner. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, tropical fruit, vanilla, lactose, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/clean/refreshing to drink, with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish, not overly lactic. Not as sweet as other dessert styles I've had, but this was spot on. Balanced juicy tropical fruits and Lacto complexity; with nice vanilla, lactose, and pale/wheat malt balance against acidity. A highly enjoyable offering as expected.

Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and tart/tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, sticky/resinous/rindy, and fairly crisp/acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Minimal warming alcohol for 10%. Overall this is a delicious fruited milkshake DIPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, fruit, lactose, vanilla, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink for the big ABV, with the moderately bitter/resinous/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Very well attenuated for the ABV. Great balance of juicy and fairly dark/earthy hops/fruit; nice wheat/oat/lactose/malt backbone, with no residual sweetness from lingering dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example as expected.

Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/earthy/piney hops and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.4%. Overall this is an excellent US hopped German pilsner! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/earthy/piney hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp/clean to drink with the moderately bitter/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Amazingly vibrant, dank, and earthy Centennial hop showcase; with a clean pils malt backbone, and no residual sweetness from lingering dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and great style example.

Overall this is an excellent gose. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, fruity/acidic yeast, pale/wheat malts, and light-moderate coriander/salt flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp/clean to drink; with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish. Not overly lactic or salty. Great balance of authentic juicy raspberries, lacto, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Not as jammy as I expected, but still delicious. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

All around great complexity and robustness of bready malts and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish. Empire/Cascade hops; with some unique fruit character from the Empire. Juicy and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; great balanced bready malt backbone, with mild residual sweetness. Aromas of big milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, molasses, bourbon, toasted oak, and dark/brown bread; with lighter notes of coconut, marshmallow, smoke, licorice, raisin, cherry, leather, tobacco, and roast/oak earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of dark/roast/bready malts, bourbon barrels, and light fruity yeast notes; with great strength. Taste of big milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, molasses, bourbon, toasted oak, and dark/brown bread; with lighter notes of coconut, marshmallow, smoke, licorice, raisin, cherry, leather, tobacco, and roast/oak earthiness. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malts, bourbon barrels, and light fruity yeast flavors; with a nice roasted bitter/sweet and bourbon/oak spiciness balance; with zero cloying sweetness after the finish. Mild carbonation and full body; with a very smooth, creamy, silky, velvety, and rich mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal chalky roast, oak tannins, or dryness. Mildly increasing warmth of 13.5%, with minimal barrel booziness lingering after the finish. Overall this is an outstanding imperial stout! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malts, bourbon barrels, and light fruity yeast flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to sip on for the huge ABV. This is supposed to be a hybrid between English RIS and Scotch ale. Awesome complexity and balance between the styles. Super rich malt complexity with perfect barrel integration as usual. Never boozy, tannic, or drying. Mild complementing yeast fruitiness in the background. A highly enjoyable offering. Very unique and well executed as expected from this brewery.
