A fairly clean golden colour with a big white head, good retention and lots of foamy lacing. Dry-hopped nose with the drying grassy hops and some fruity aromas, hints of bubbly gum. The sourness really kicks in the taste. Puckering mouthfeel with a thin, dry finish. Tropical fruits, citrus peel and getting a little hazy as it pours. An interesting dry-hopped sour, but not one for everyone.

A golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with cereals, faint peated notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Corner Bar & Grill.

Hazy golden-amber colour with a bubbly white cap, leaving rather quickly with no lacing left. Pineapple sweet-fruitiness in the aromas with some spiciness from the hops, blended well with some herbal grassiness. The taste shows mild citrus zest that does build a little bitterness, but the juiciness and touch of dryness are well-balanced. The pineapple is much milder in the flavours, almost not there. It's not bad, but there are enough hops that give out pineapple notes, and the real pineapple cuts in the head and lacing.

Draft at The Only. Pours a very light yellow, slight cloud. Taste is very light, mild sour, fruity pineapple, and apple notes. Clean finish. Overall very light, and very refreshing. Really good.

Can: Poured a slightly hazy golden color ale with a large pure whiote foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus notes with some pineapple with floral undertones and light bitterness. Taste is a mix of citrus notes with some pineapple and floral undertones with some light bitterness. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice mix of old school IIPA with some more juicy notes with some light bitterness.

Mildly hazed golden colour with an orange hue. The head is white, bubbly, lightly frothy with average stay and some foamy patches left on the glass. Pineapple aromas from the Mosaic hops. Some orange notes, piney bite and hints of grassiness. The taste shows some grassy bitterness with tropical fruit notes and mild earthiness that lingers. Nicely dried enough, but not overly and bits of tart on the tongue. Seems like the bitterness and dryness is building though. Like citrus zest is ramping up in the end. Oats are mild in here.
