Pours a hazy light-golden colour with a frothy white cap, very good stay and some foamy lace. Sour and grassy nose with some coriander notes, citrus sourness, sweet fruity malts. Some mild Belgian Ale yeast as well. The taste has nice lighter grassy hops that goes the whole way, over the malts and yeast. Some mild bitterness from the grapefruit in the finish, but not overload. An average Saison that goes down easily with nothing too crazy.

Bottle at L42, thanks to Fiona. It pours very lightly hazy gold with a medium white head. The aroma is quite fresh, fragrant, mango, peachy, passion fruit, bread and some freeness. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, green, pine, grassy upfront, touch of danky onion, ripe stone fruits, zesty, citrusy, hint of cheddar and a lick of spice with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Decent stuff.
