A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light resinous character, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light herbaceous character, nice and smooth. On tap at the Wellington Gastropub.

A deep dark imperial stout with a thick frothy lacing dark brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light alcohol burn, sweet vanilla extract, very light , nice. In mouth, a sweet fruity chocolate malt with coffee grind, musty character, light woody notes, alcohol warmth, a bit light but nice. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.

Draft - Light soapy tartness and stone fruit. Cloudy yellowish with a decent white head. Nice tartness up front, citrus and stone fruit. Nicely done, which the peach was a bit more peachy.

Growler - Toasty notes and some roast and manure. Jet black with a nice light brown head. Deep dark roast and a nice bitterness and a touch of manure. Nice,
