A hazed golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, very smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light lemon notes, Brett, light cork, banana esters, cloves, resinous and piney. On tap at Beau’s Oktoberfest 2016.

Bottle: Poured a black color schzwarbier with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt with light dry coffee notes is interesting. Taste is a nice mix of dry roasted malt with some light dry coffee notes and subtle black chocolate notes. Body si about average with good carbonation. Not bad but does not really stand out either.

Tap at BarHop. Slight hazy light golden with big white head. Lots of fruity hops with pineapple, lychee and mango, light weed and grass with a hint of onion. Light malts in the background but mostly hops. Almost medium sweet and medium bitter. Just medium bodied with slight watery feel, seems thin for the ABV.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of black chocolate and light dry roasted malt is OK. Taste is also a mix of dry roasted malt notes with some black chocolate notes and some faint coffee notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Lacking a bit of character and complexity for the style.

Bottle: Poured a black color stout with a nice brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light coffee notes with some roasted malt and black chocolate notes is nice. Taste is a good mxi of floral coffee notes with dry roasted malt notes and some light black chocolate notes. Body is about average with some creamy notes and good carbonation. Drinkable with just enough complexity for the style.

Bottle: Poured a bright blonde color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops with light floral notes. Taste is also a mix of citrusy hops notes with nice floral undertones and some light residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but lacking some hops flavours to truly shine in this (crowded) style.

Bottle: Poured alight amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing notes. Aroma of Belgian style malt with light sweetness and some fruity ester is OK. Taste is a mix of bready malt notes with lingering sugar notes and some cereal notes and some fruity ester. Body is full enough with good carbonation. A bit short in the attenuation level for the style but enjoyable nonetheless.

Bouteille 650ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur noire opaque, faible mousse moka. Arôme de café, malt torréfié, cendré. Goût de malt torréfié, espresso, amertume moyenne, chocolat noir 85%. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen-dense, huileuse.

Bouteille 650ml, gracieuseté de msjpearson, Thanks Mike! Couleur noire presque opaque, anneau de mousse moka. Arôme de café, cendré, malt torréfié, un peu de noisette. Goût de café, malt torréfié, un peu sucré. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.
