Golden color, moderate head. Full, slightly spicy hay on the nose. Tasty ripe grain with traditionally hopped smooth bitterness and slender-to-mid body. Good Austrian Helles!

Bottle from Hermagor drunk in Salzburger Land. Lightly hazy medium amber-gold, dark caramel nose. Flavor is sticky biscuit flavors without the full sweetness thereof, and decent lasting bitterness balancing on the back end. Not super complex, but pretty tasty without being overly sweet. Nice Starkbier.

Bottle at Sonnhang, St Johann in Pongau. Slight haze, nice citrus and lightly-dank pine notes. Well balanced, smooth bitterness, just a hint of grainy taste and the alcohol is missing. Similar to the NEIPA which is a tic better, maybe.

Bottle drunk in Kreuth ob Mellweg. Bei Dark brown with a respectable tan head. Nose is dark, chocolate malt. Slightly sweet porter/light stout on the tongue, not very much bitterness. Low complexity, but tasty and easy drinking. Genius with the nutty, creamy Haustorte from Semmelrock in Hermagor!

Bottle drunk in Kreuth ob Mellweg after having carried a toddler up a small mountain at Fakker See. Amber gold clear with a small head, nose is piney citrus with a hint of caramel. The cara comes through even stronger on the tongue, very smooth moderate bitterness. Lots of pine but nice mixed fruitiness behind it. Great session West Coast IPA!

Bottle from Spar Hermagor. Orange amber hazy, big head lasting medium long, super yeasty banana nose. Flavor is smooth, creamy, really clean and refreshing banana notes. Excellent Weisse!

Bottle drunk in Dellach. Fantastic alcohol free, citrus and a hint of fruity stuff, really nice blend and barely tastes alcohol free. I am quite impressed as it beats some alcohol containing NEIPAs I've had from decent brewers!

Drunk in Dellach. Raspberry red, small brief head. Fruity nose with some sweetness left for sure. Tart but balanced, not too dry, little bitterness and not sour. A bit of raspberry jello in the aftertaste, this will for sure appeal to non beer drinkers. Pretty good.

Copper colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is floral, wooden, some toffeeish and mild toasted tones to it. Flavour is floral, wooden, some caramel, toast and mild grainy tones as well as some slight fudgey sweetness to it.

Draught@SOPP HKI 2020. Hazy goldeny orange colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is wheat, bananas, some clove and mild yeasty tones to it. Flavour is floral, some bananas, wheat and mild bitter grassy tones too. Different, but quite a nice one!
