Mahagoni with no head. Aroma is pure chestnut, toffee and roast. Taste is full bodied sweet toffee with some roast bitterness and less carbonation induced sourness. Smooth and only a bit alcohol in the finish. Not bad.

Bottled. Clear mahogany colour, mid sized head. Fruity nose with some raisin. Very sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Syrup and sugar, notes of dough. Low bitterness. Offputtingly sweet.

On tap somewhere in Salzburg last year. Light yellow, strong frothy white head, sparkling. Grain, hay and some grassy hops. Sweet. Light, watery, drinkable. Not that bad.
