Ein Mitbringsel einer Kollegin meiner Frau, die es auf einem Urlaub im Brauereishop in Murau gefunden hat. Herzlichen Dank an dieser Stelle dafür.
Es ist nur dort vom Fass gefüllt in Bügelflaschen 🫙 erhältlich.
Es ist ein sehr frisches, natürliches Stout 🌲, das sehr spritzig ist und dafür weniger in die Tiefe geht. Dabei ist es relativ trocken, aber auch mild. Die Aromentiefe bekommen andere besser hin, aber ich fand es durchaus gefällig.

Sampled as Murauer 530 Jahre 2025 Bierstadtfest Märzen Very good, dense & fine white head, stable over very pale metallic golden beer. Very grassy nose, bit dusty pale malts, and a faraway whiff of arachide - fatty acids? Same in the taste, ultra dry pale malts, sunflower seeds, straw, clover, bitter almond(milk). Ultra dry and hence bit empty. Not very carbonated. Dry Märzen, bit basic. Txs to Stef!

0,3l from tap at Vorstadtwirt, Vienna. Yellow lightly hazy color , small white bread. Tastes bread, earthy, peppery, light mouth feel, almost no carbonation. Bit thin. Pretty good overall

0.33 l bottle. Pours hazy yellow with thin but long lasting white head. Sweet pineapple, banana and citrusy notes in aroma. Its taste has no surprises: like a weizen with pineapple. First appears the pineapple and then the weizen notes on the palate with hints of coconut. Leaves medium finish, it has a light body and is lively carbonated. That’s how you make a fruity beer.

0.5 l bottle. Kellemes kis barna sör, de meglehetősen egysíkú. Csokoládé, leheletnyi kávé és földes jegyek jelennek meg aromájában, ízében pedig szintén a mindent elnyomó csoki. Nem testes és nem is túl szénsavas, így könnyen iható.

Bottle. Pours deep golden and white head. Decent malts-based beer, light to medium bodied and leaves sweetish finish. Not outstanding in any way, but not bad at all.

0.33 l bottle shared at home. Nose is grainy, actually smells like mash during brewing. Taste is grainy, fruity with faint, almost non-existent bitterness to it. Short sweet finish, light body, average carbo. Not partcularly bad, just simply dull.
