Prisma Liisanlehto, Vaasa. Hazy amber colour, huge foamy white head. Aroma is floral, some mild nectary and wooden tones. Flavour is floral, some nectary, quite wooden bitterness with mild peachy tones too.

Smell of roasted malt, ash. Dark brown colour, beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, ash, bitter hops, some coffee. Soft carbon. Bitter. Light body. Dry palate.

33cl, canned 07/01/2025, BB 07/01/2026, dégustée en chambre d’hôtel à Tbilisi.
Couleur claire rosée, col fin rosâtre légèrement crémeux.
Arôme est délicat sur la betterave, pointe saline perce en retrait avec une balance de fumé qui accompagne la base citrique qui reste assez discrète.
Palais est sur une belle base de betterave avec une touche saline plaisante tout en ayant des éléments de fumée. Le tout s’inspirant d’une recette traditionnelle ukrainienne ; je suppose le bortsch. Pointe épicée en fin de bouche avec une note citrique. Franchement pas mauvaise et sur de nombreux angles ; meilleure que pas mal de gose à la tomate.
