33 cl bottle from Tosano. Light mmber color, clear, modest offwhite head, thin persistence, no lacing. Flavors of caramel and citrus, lavender, bread. Taste a bit sour, sweetish, some solvent in the finish. Average carbonation, easy to drink, a bit weird.

28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours clear dark maroon brown with a bubbly beige head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, peat, toffee, coffee and dark fruit. Moderate sweetness with medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours cloudy very dark brown with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and chocolate, with notes of yeast and touches of coffee. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of hops and malt and touches of yeast. Bitter and dry aftertaste. Well, a resaonable Carlsberg beer...
