0,33 flaske (Brick By Brick: Naked Seal) fra Bulgarsk Mad i Ranzausgade, i leijligheden jan-18: klar lys strågul med fint skum som varer. Mild aroma og smak med lys malt, beskjeden citrus, gjær og hint av noe såpeaktig. Grei nok for 13 kroner.

33cl bottle as a gift. Pours dark mahogany coloured with a dissipating, beige head. Roasty aroma with notes of dark chocolate, wood and hints of rye bread. Moderate sweet with medium flavour intensity and a surprisingly dry and noticeably bitter finish. tap at skaal as "naked seal" keg says nuogas ruonis clear yellow, small white head. aroma is very mild, i get some malts mostly, dry not so sweet malts, then some faint yellow fruits. appear pretty clean. flavor is faint wine, malts, faint yellow fruits, the wine note is quite dominating, but doesn't make it bad as such. tastes like if it was lagered on wine barrels first time since they had wine in them
