A full-bodied IPA with a really nice aroma of grapefruit, peach, pine resin, honey and lychee. The bitterness is balanced in the mouth with a little bread and honey. Perhaps a slight wateriness is the only downside.

Bottle from Sake no Tanichiguchi. Parrot Dog Clipper Ale 3.5% Starting the day off easily with a 3.5% session ipa from Parrot Dog in New Zealand called Clipped Wing. It’s a deep gold with a fluffy light beige head and a juicy fruity hop bouquet. Med-light bodied with a pleasing bitting bitterness that delivers notes of pine and tropical fruits as well as a bit of crackery light malts. Good stuff, I love the low ABV.
