On tap at Brew Rotorua. Pours red gold. Orange, peach, elderflower, biscuit. Bit malt heavy, with too much sweet floral stuff. Not great.

On tap at Brew Rotorua. Pours red gold, some head. Caramel, orange, some pine and lemon in the flavour. Pretty good.

On tap at Brew Rotorua. Pours gold. Lime, tangerine, lemon, peach, mango. Flavour is ruined by a ton of biscuit and acid malt notes. Frustrating.

Sulfur City Pilsner from Croucher Brewing

On tap at Brew Rotorua. Pours very pale. Funky grass is very prominent, peach, lemon, quite a sharp finish. Not the crispest, and that sweet peach becomes a little cloying, but overall not bad.

Toasted Coconut Patriot from Croucher Brewing

On tap at Brew. Toast, coffee, pine, little buttery. Not sure I get the coconut, but the base beer is an OK black IPA.

On tap at Brew. Tart grapefruit, orange, caramel. Nice clean finish. Quite refreshing if a little uninspiring.

Enduro Pale Ale from Croucher Brewing

On tap. Lots of resin, hops and a little caramel. Flavour is overly bitter, and the aftertaste is a little metallic. Not great.

On tap. Aroma is peach, white chocolate and caramel. Flavour is dry peach up front leading into a strong caramel biscuit finish. Very dry, but not particularly crisp, with a long bitter finish. Nothing special.
