Skaal. Keg. Big thanks to Jens Ungstrup for the pour. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is smooth and dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft dry dark malts. Nice light damp wood, spicy bourbon soaked fruits, slightly thin. Dry spicy finish. Rich if thin. Nice.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen - Pours black with a tan head. Roasted and sweet malty with prominent chocolate notes, some fudge and caramel sweetness, full bodied, notes of bourbon and vanilla into the dark malty close.

Skaal. Keg. Big thanks to Jens Ungstrup for the pour. Hazy paleish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and pretty dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Dry thin malts. Dry floral herb into dry slightly spicy citrus. Tangy dry finish. Classic saison. iE, dry and a bit dull.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen - Black pour with brown head. Roasted and medium sweet malty with nites of chocolate, some light coffee roast, dark burnt malty notes, full bodied with wooden whisky infused notes into the close.

Skaal. Keg. Big thanks to Jens Ungstrup for the pour. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Dry smooth dark malts. Little cocoa powder dark chocolate. Tangy dry fruits before a dry and lacto sweet finish. Mild vanilla. Okay.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen - Black pour with beige head. Dark roasted malty with opulent chocolate, some toffee and caramel sweetness, medium to full bodied, bourbon soaked wooden accents into the finish.

Skaal. Keg. Hazy pale yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin dry malts, mild dry grain. Little dry floralness. Dry and mild spice. Insipid mango. Dry finish. Not ticking any boxes for me.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen - Black pour with tiny beige head. Dark roasted and sweet malty, with some notes of chocolate and caramel, some charred burnt malty accents, medium body, dark malty finish.

Skaal. Keg. Hazy deep amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light dry malts, some mild grain, nothing serious. Decent hop spice. Rich marmalade and orange peel. Traces of lemon and tropical fruits. Light semi dry spicy finish. Slightly raw but goes down fine.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen - Yellow pour with white head. Fruity and floral grassy hoppy with some notes of straw, some hay, some lemon zesty citrus notes, medium to light body, light citric spice into the close.
