Keg at the brewery during RBWG ’15, 20/02/15. Light black topped with a moderate tan swirl. Nose is roast malt, sweet tunes, toffee fudge, chocolate biscuit, light coffee grinds. Taste comprises sweet licks, rich roast, milk chocolate, vanilla essence. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, smei drying close. Decent enough coffee ooped stout but not great.

Keg at the brewery during RBWG ’15, 20/02/15. Hazed reddish amber topped with a moderate beige covering. Nose is caramel malt, light pine, earthy hop strokes. Taste comprises biscuit, caramal malt, pine, red grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok hoppy red.

Boyle shared by Adam, thanks! Pours a hazy pale gold with visible carbonation and a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma is full of earthy passion fruit with a bit of guava, a light tartness and some earthy wheat. Flavor has slightly tart earthy passion fruit with a some wheat and a bit of guava.

Draft @ Angry Chair. Dorée, col crémeux blanc. Arôme est fruité modéré, malt pils, léger kiwi très fin, pointe d’abricot et rétro pêche restant assez mitigé. Palais est sec, grains, fruité et modéré, abricot ressort bien, malt pils, Munich et froment, râpeux en bouche, finement herbacé. Abricot plus sur la fin avec ce caractère poilu et on ressent que légèrement les deux autres fruits.

Draft @ Angry Chair. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme au bouquet épicé très prenant et mettant de suite en avant-plan le jalapeño avec un agréable fruité ananas en rétro qui reste cependant assez légère. Palais est juste super avec une base IPA déjà fort bien balancée mais ici le piment met cela sur une autre dimension. Ressent une balane entre la chaleur et les houblons, fini sec, très tropical et herbacé au fini avec un côté Nelson Sauvin. Pas grand chose à dire, le piment quad il est bien utilisé est franchement super pour apporter une autre complexité à la bière. Le tout ne risquant pas forcement de plaire à tous les palais.

Draft @ Angry Chair. Brune fncée, col léger café au lait. Arôme au bouquet plein de seigle mettant à profit le côté whisky, retrouve la base normale de ce BW. Chocolaté et caramel sur la fin. Palais est profond et épais, note de whisky, épais et liquoreux, douceur de vanille en fin de bouche, fruité noir avec une petite note pomme caramélisée presque toffee. Collant aux lèvres et une fine pointe épicée du boisé. Curieux de voir le temps de contact de ce BW qui ne doit pas vraiment dépasser les 3 mois.

Draft @ Angry Chair. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme fruité, super puissant tirant sur un excellent tropical, note sour mash en rétro. Palais est aigre, lacto, fruité rappelant un côté mangue et ananas bien tropical, lactique en rétro sans être dérangeant. Acidité perdure mais est vite oubliée par le caractère prenant des fruits, on retrouve le tropical sans être dans le trop sucré.

A hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice mix of fruity mango, light hot pepper, and floral hops, musky and complex. In mouth, good biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, hot pepper, nice mango pulp, very nice, complex yet smooth. On tap at brewery.

A reddish copper brown ale with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, beautiful sweet caramel malt with smooth floral hops, treacle, vinous character, loads of alcohol, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with vinous notes, treacle, light floral hops, dark fruits and plums, vanilla bean, complex yet pleasing. On tap at brewery.
