Crowler from BD Inverurie. It pours a kind of a pond water colour with a few bubbles on top. The aroma is musty, funky, white grape, gooseberry, splash of white wine vinegar, sherbet, soor plooms and wet oak. The taste is dry, tart, puckering, savoury vibes, some light acidity, salt & vinegar crisps, pickled onion monster munch, granny smith apple, white grape, gooseberry, wet wood and damp funk with a drying finish. Medium body and a hint of carbonation. Pretty true to the unblended lambic character. A touch rough and ready.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, fruity malt, sharp, grapes - green grapes, barrel - vinous, acetone, wett wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, fruity, dried fruit sweet, grapes - green grapes, acetone, wet wood, barrel - vinous.
