Really good! It’s got more than 5 different wildflowers and tastes super, well, wild and floral. Reminds me a bit of the Herbiery beer I had last night, but better.

Can. Pours a dark purple with a thin red head that dissipates completely. Aroma has has rich sour and tart raspberry with light funk and oak underlying. Flavor has sour raspberry with a tart bite and light funk and oak supporting.

Bottle @ Home. Pours hazy dark red with an offwhite head. Aroma of sourness, malt, wood, funk, rich tart fruit, raspberry, light acetone. Flavor is rather sour, malt, barnyard, funk, wet wood, acetone, tart fruit, raspberry. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and very acidic finish. 061020

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Rosa colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Week flowery notes. Light bitter flavor. Strange herbal/flowery moldy flavor. Average finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Home. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of malt, wet wood, acetone, green grapes. Flavor is light sweet, very sour, malt, wood, acetone, grapes, white wine. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and rather acidic finish. Somewhat over the top sour. 041020

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Red colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter very acetic flavor. Berries present. Average moderate biter and acetic finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Small head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich lactose acid, white wine, malt, hops and has a nice long sour finish.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, heavy acetone and white grapes. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. Too much acetone for my liking. 031020
