Well this sucks too. Another, "we don't know how to mash properly" brewery. And thus the beers are watery, thin, ultra low flavor. Nothing offensive here, and to be fair, the adjuncts are actually quite tasteful, but the beer is just miserable.

Brewery draught, 5/2/25.
Clear brass. Small, white head.
Not very hoppy. No juice, some pepper. Dough and biscuit, weird yeast.
Floral, heavily peppery. Not thin but with so much dough and pepper. Bitter, chewy. Nothing interesting or compelling here but no off notes, at least.

Taster pour from a can at Rising Pint Brewfest. It's an opaque black with tons of sparkle, ring of beige head with trace lacing. Aroma is strong earthy roasted malt, toffee with mild milk chocolate at end. Taste is strong roasted malt, toffee, chocolate and hint of dark cherry. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, not amazing but quite good. Lactose is not overdone and may lend more to body than taste.
