Can. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and has a good minerally crispness. Light sweet malts. Crisp citric hops, bright fresh citrus. Nice Idaho 7 tropical fruits, perhaps slightly bruised. Crisp pine runs over everything. Good Idaho 7 led DIPA.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours mostly clear orange-gold with a foamy, white head. Rich and punchy, moderately sweet, gooey pine, papaya, orange, a little minerality. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more gooey pine, sun-kissed malts, tropical fruits. Good, fairly hefty.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a fluffy, pure white head. Quite clean and drinkable, with light sweetness, mellow citrus fruit accents, subtle rindy bitterness, pithy lemon and grapefruit, supportive pale bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Balanced finish. Has an impressive amount of character for the ABV. Super drinkable.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. Quite a nice, crushable pale. Has some lightly juicy citrus fruit character, a little white grape, subtle rindy bitterness, supportive pale bread. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish. It's just really darn drinkable.

23/3/2020. Can from BOD, Stoke-on-Trent. Pours hazy/cloudy dull orange gold with a good size fluffy white head. Aroma is hoppy, tropical and citrusy, with pomelo, pineapple, grapefruit, hint of pine. Light sweetness, good hit of bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Lingering bitterness to finish. Quite liked this, definitely one which grew on me.

Clear burnished gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and smooth and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Sweet malts but slightly thin in the mouthfeel. Peachy esters, quite pleasant, traces of banana, bubblegum and pear. Modest spice for a tripel. Light finish brings some mild dried fruits and mild citric peel. Light finish. Nice job from Mondo here. Surpasses many Belgian triples I’ve had.

By keykeg at GBBF Winter, Defiant Bar. Shared with Finn. Creamy white head, hazy golden body, lacing rings. Promising smell of orange and pineapple. Solid fruit cocktail to the taste buds, impacts of pineapple, mango, and citrus. Mid-sweet juice fruity end. Fine depth. Good drinking. (Birmingham 04.02.2020).
