Bottle at home, 24/07/17. Light golden with a mahoosive white cap of froth ... over active carbonation during the pour with quite a bit of the beer lost as it gushed over the top of the glass! Nose is citric rinds, mellow yeast esters, white peppery spice, grains, straw. Taste comprises lemon rind, sharp melon, Belgian yeast esters, straw, earthy, bitter orange, light spice. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough saison but carbonation is massively over pitched !

Cascade, Chinook, Centennial and Amarillo hops. Hazy orange - gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, slightly dry and has a good minerally crispness. Light malts, some mild sweetness. Light fresh orange. Hop spice. Ripe orange and orange peel. Touch of bittersweet yeast. Trace of candy fruits into light floral. Ripe mango led tropical fruits. Light finish. Plenty going on here, just wants a little more ooomph!
