Description
Good in brewing beer. Bad in writing bios. Madness from Budapest challenging almost everything you know about beer. Always flawless, always bold, never boring. Not necessary business-wise all the time, but setting the standards high for ourselves every time as we truly believe in the cliché that goes like ‘the way you do something is the way you do anything’.

Tap at Borefts 2018. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a bubbly round, light tan head. The aroma is big roasty malt, coffee, dark chocolate, red berry fruits. The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter with a smooth, rich, roasty, coffee, woody oak, tart blackberry palate. Medium to full bodied with flat carbonation.

Nice beer. Subtle blackberries, oak complements lightly, doesn't overpower, thick but fairly light, good mouthfeel, rich. Very nice indeed, but maybe a bit too subtle for the festival violence.

Clear purple to black beer, small creamy beige unstable, head, non adhesive. Aroma: very good, lots of chocolate, some caramel, vanilla touch, sweet malts, little oxidized, some red fruit jam. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of chocolate, little bitter, forest fruit jam, bit acidic. Aftertaste: more fruity, roasted, some coffe notes, a bit like Schwarzwalder Kirsch cake.

Tap at Borefts. Black with small light brown head. Roast, dark chocolate, fresh raw oak, blackberries indeed, light red wine, coffee, earthy. Over medium sweet and quite tannic bitter, light tart. Almost full bodied. A bit too much oak maybe.
