Description
Good in brewing beer. Bad in writing bios. Madness from Budapest challenging almost everything you know about beer. Always flawless, always bold, never boring. Not necessary business-wise all the time, but setting the standards high for ourselves every time as we truly believe in the cliché that goes like ‘the way you do something is the way you do anything’.

On tap @ Neked Csak Dezso. I only took numerical notes while having this one.

On tap at Dürer Kert, shared with Zlotta during the CL final. Pours hazy orange and thick head. Nose is amazingly vivid apricot, sweet and tart. In taste it's rather sour, with only low sweetness. The beer has an extremely smooth and light body and soft carbonation. I dig this, even though I'm not fond of sours.

On tap @ Beer Week in Budapest, Saturday session. Nose is pleasant smoke, which unfortunatelly is less pronounced in taste, it's rather sour and tart with hints of grains and some salty touch. Interesting style, I'm glad someone brewed it in Hungary at last.

On tap @ BPBW, Saturday session. A very nice dessert beer, combines the sweet and tart(ish) notes of blackberry with the roasted and earthy stout character.

On tap @ BPBW, Saturday session. Deep brown, beige head. Nose and taste are grains, chocolate, fruits and grains, a tad spicy. Medium to heavy, sticky bodied with average carbo. Good one.

Bottle at home. Pours murky orange and a finger thick off-white head. Nose is intense fruity, but underneath it there is a definite boozy presence and some other, a bit strange note that I can’t identify. In taste it’s better, cause there’s no trace of the booze or that weird aroma, only the fruity and floral hops are present. Light bodied with average carbo, goes down easily. Not quite good.

Bottle at home. Pours deep, somewhat cloudy golden with thick, quickly disappearing head. Nose is faint citrusy, and nothing much really. In taste slightly more fruits come through, but still not an enormous amount of it, with moderate, mainly citrusy bitterness. Short, somewhat bitter finish, light body, average carbo. Not a bad beer, but nothing it promises to be really.

Tap at Kr4ft. Simple yet very delish, flavourful and refreshing pils, very well done.

Tap @ Kr4ft. Huge banana and yeast, with a good amount of woody touch and some boozy hint, but this remains fairly pleasant, not at all overwhelming. Amazing thicc and full body, long finish. I’m glad that there are beers like this out there, not just the newest juicebomb, super-crushable hazy ipas.

Tap at Kr4ft. Subjectively it’s a fairly sour, earthy, quite spicy berliner with long lasting tart finish. Objective it’s something truly out of this world. The best example of an idea put into practice flawlessly. Amazing cucumber salad all over, I had my expectations but this is something entirely different. Hats off to the brewers, honestly.
