Hazy orange with a big quickly dissipating champagne head. Aroma is musty cork, earthy apples, some light vinous notes, and some funky apples and funky yeast. Effervescent mouthfeel, same carb. Finish is dry, lots of fresh apples skins, a perfect balance of sweet and tart, no additional sweetning detected, light yeasty funk, and earthy apples. Complex cider, nice stuff.

Bottle. Slight hazy darker golden. Dry apple peel, sweet juicy notes, medium funky, apricot, light leather and oak. Medium sweet light bitter. Over medium bodied. Good!

750ml wired cork bottle. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, pale yellow golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of pear, fleshy, fruity, woody, some funk. Taste is sweet, perry pear, floral, fruity, tangy, funk hint, with some tart citric acidity and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, sweet peary light drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle from Steengaard, Beder. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet apples, fruity and leather. Flavor is medium sweet. Dry finish with a light acidic edge. 050423

Bottle shared by Levi, thanks! Pours a clear hydrated pee with a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has dry and slightly tart apple with a slight funkiness underlying. Flavor has sweet apple with a bit of earthiness and leaves underlying.
