(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and diminishing frothy head. Strawy malty aroma with notesof cereals and just a whiff of spicy hops in the background. Mildly sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. Mildly grainy malty taste with slightly flowery and delicately spicy hoppy notes; clean, sweet-bitter finish. A bit exchangeable like so many Helles, but also flawless. 27.IX.17
