Pale golden, low carbonation, lowish head. Juicy full malt, cake and hay, medium body, mellow, slightly undercarbonated body. Decent hop counterpoint. Clean, quaffable, pleasant.

Bottle. Amber cloudy, heavy carbonation, offwhite cream. Spicy clove and dry mineral nose. Medium body, chewy chalky driness. Clay and spices, some banana, light jam, banana cake finish. Vanilla retronasal.

Aroma is some starch, dms, pale malt, dust. Taste is harsh sweet malty with a bit of bitter hops. Not inspiring. Rather stale and boring.

Bottle. Pale yellow, low white foam. Hay malt, lemongrass, some rural notes. Medium body, somewhat sweet sticky dusty, Mirepoix/Maggi, grassy, earthy hayish finish. Some stickiness remains.

Bottle. Clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma is papery, some noble hops, dusty, a touch vegetal (carrot juice) and honey. Taste is the same, hay. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Standard Heller Bock, but I don't care for the style.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a short and not very persistent frothy white head. Rather discreet aroma of biscuity malt with traces of caramel and subtle fruity notes. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a calm carbonation. Mildly biscuity malty base with notes of caramel, honey and subtle fruity accents; sweet and cautious bitter finish with traces of caramerl and flowery hops. Inoffensive Bock. 26.II.18

€-Flascherl: Hazy, orangey coloured, loose and quickly vanishing white (?) head, bananas and yeast in the sweetish-sourish wheaty nose; light to moderate sourish-sweetish flavours, hiding certain traces of bitterness, light bodied, quite soft; slightly lingering sourish-bitter finish. Not exciting, still quite pleasant...

Otto-Flasche: Clear, pale-golden, small and quickly collapsing loose white head; mild pale-malty nose with an illusion of "strawy" hops underneath; mild sweet-bitter flavour, pretty light bodied; short malty and strawy finish. Not unpleasant, but absolutely nothing special...

(bottle) Clouidy, orange-golden colour with a tall and slightly off-white foamy head. Wheaty and distinctively banana-fruitz aroma with traces of biscuits, caramel and phenolic spices. Moderately sweet and delicately sour-tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather tame carbonation for a Weissbier. Slightly mineralic wheat-malty taste with shades of caramel, banana and citrus; mildly sour and slightly citric tart finish. Nothing special but okay. 06.X.17
