bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore giallo/arancio torbido, al naso agrumi banana chiodi di garofano e cereali, in bocca tanto banana poi chiodi di garofano spezie note citriche, corpo medio, carbonazione moderata, lieve acidula, dolce con amaro leggero. 500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orange golden colour with huge, thick, dense, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Yeasty spicy, slightly yeasty fruity and wheaty malty aroma, hints of banana, clove, some protein. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, yeasty spicy and slightly yeasty fruity, hints of apple, baked apple, banana, some clove, pear, a touch of juniper berry, a citrusy fruity touch of mandarine. Slightly creamy texture, smooth and soft, creamy palate, fine, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Fruity but not that banana dominated, fantastic head, nice, creamy mouthfeel, refreshing - really not bad.

Sappl Bräu Helles : Feiramd Hoibe, Flasche vom Craftbeer-Shop.com. - Goldgelb, blank. - In der Nase blasses, schwach brotiges helles Malz und schwache, matte Hopfung. - Antrunk leicht dumpf hellmalzig mit blasser Zuckersüße und sehr schwacher Hopfung mit vagen Anklängen an Zitronenschale und Kräuter. Mild zuckrige Süße. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang nur sehr blaß hopfenherb grundiert und ein wenig dumpf. - Bescheidenes Imitat eines echten bairischen Hellen, ohne Saft und Kraft. (5.3.2022.)

Bottle picked up from Edeka, Lenggries and consumed at Lenggrieser Mountain Camping Saturday 29th January 2022 listening to Yard Act - Overlord. Pours light/mid gold with a white head, excellent clarity. Soft carbonation, a little cereal, some sweeteness, even a little bit of vanilla and really quite malty.

(on tap at Sappl Biergarten, Holzkirchen) Hazy golden color with a short but firm foamy white head. Mildly wheaty and slightly mineralic aroma with fruity hints of passion fruit. Delicately sweet and slightly bitter flavor, light bodied with a prickly carbonation. Slim malty base, mildy wheaty taste with citrus and a whiff of exotic fruits, bitter-sweet and slim finish with slightly fruity and herbal hoppy notes. A tad too slim for my liking but nevertheless refreshing on a hot late summer day.

500 ml bottle. Clear dark golden, creamy head. Mostly hay, straw and grassy notes, some lard and metallic notes, bready, some citrus. Mild bitterness, bready sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, mild dry sweet finish. Alright.

Hazy golden. Aroma is yeast and spices like clove and coriander with a faint unripe banana. Taste is yeasty slightly phenolic with not too much sweetness in the base. Quite drinkable. No obvious flaws. Not bad.

500 ml bottle. Clear dark golde, foamy head. Dry citrus, hay, bread, caramel, slightly metallic. Dry bitterness, malty sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry sweet finish. Good Märzen, quite balanced.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow to orange, Rocky off-white head. Lightly soapy citric hoppy nose, light body, cheesecake made with light cream cheese, a hint hay, pleasant citric finish. Neat.

Bottle. Opaque orange color with fluffy white head. Aroma is wheat, banana, cheesecake, a touch soapy. Taste is mineraly, bananas, quite light-bodied. Silky mouthfeel, light-bodied for a Weizen, medium to high carbonation. Indeed refreshing!
