Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Starts mild, malty-yeasty, not too dry. Some wheaty-moldy notes, but too intense. Yeasty dry background, shy sweetness. Quite drinkable. Not bad.

0,5 l bottle from Alex & Thorsten. Again thanks a lot! No "Bio" on the label. Clear yellow golden in the glass. Small one finger white head. Low caramel and grain on the nose. Taste has caramel aroma, malt, soft grainy. Little bit dry. Mid carbonated. Mid bitterness. Okay.

Big thank you to Alex & Thorsten for this 0,5 l bottle. BB 10/2026. Clear mid golden in the glass, nearly two finger stable white head. You can´t expect more. Grainy aroma, some caramel in the background. Taste starts grainy with present bitterness. Increasing malty. Long lasting aftertaste. Mid carbonated. Not bad.

Big thank you to Alex & Thorsten for this 0,5 l bottle. BB 06/2026. Cloudy darker golden in the glass with a nearly two finger white foamy head. Looks good. Soft grainy aroma, some malt in the background. Taste starts on a more caramel side, malt and grain in the second row. Pleasant moderate bitterness. Little bit above average carbonation. Not bad.

Draught @ Stadtklause, Berlin. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, bread, grassy hops. Flavor is light sweet, malt, grains, grassy hops. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet light bitter finish. 110626

Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass with a small head. Starts mild, malty, dry. More and more moldy-soapy notes, but still well balanced. Herbal touch as well. Finish again well balanced. Not bad.

Strecks Helles. Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Starts mild but not washy, fine spicy-malty, light sweetish touch. Not too intense. Grasy-malty finish, well balanced. Quite drinkable. Nice!

(Draft at BierLaden, Berlin, 15 July 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with bread, citrus and herbs. Malty taste with notes of bread, citrus, apricots and a mild herbal/grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and well balanced pilsener. Quite nice.
