Flascherl (Danke, Jonas!) : Deep, deep amber coloured, presumably hazy, shy ruby sheen, small and stable off-white foamy layer, moderate to solid sweet-bitter aroma of wood, roasted malt, vanilla and dried raisins, herbal bitterness well detectable underneath, soft and full bodied; lingering sweet-bitter fruity and toasty finish with returning aromas of wanilla and vood. On tap at the Taproom, München, Friday 11th November 2022. Pours hazy mid amber with an off white head, a little chewy toffee, a little tangy fruitiness, malty, it's a nice beer in fact my favourite thus far.

On tap at the Taproom, München, Friday 11th November 2022. Pours hazy amber with a filmy white head, nice softness. Hoppiness with a little soapiness, some vanilla and gooseberry, a little maltiness. Good.

On tap at the brewery bar. Dark amber, nice head. Mild nose. Nice nutty taste on the tongue, slightly astringent bitterness at back of palate. A bit of caramel. Good complexity for a Märzen!

On tap at Higgins Nice mild grapefruit, nectarine nose on a lasting head and hazy amber. Pretty clean, a bit of hop bite. Juicy with some hop burn at the end. Nevertheless very tasty!

Crowler filled same day. Slightly hazy amber, nice head. Mild nose of citrus, slightly flowery. Creamy flavor, full mouthfeel, a hint of light caramel sweetness. Nice citrusy hop notes, moderate bitterness like a pale ale, really nice and crushable!

Can from the brewery, fresh! Mostly clear reddish brown, nice small head, clean slightly nutty nose. Caramel on the tongue and a bit of light roasted nutty flavor, great body for a light beer. Just a hint of earthy hops on the back end. Really good low alcohol session beer!

Brown. Aroma is heavy mushroom bandaid pepper some stinky curtain. Taste is chocolat with some umami mushroom. Quite light. The aroma is a bit off putting though.
