Tap at Hopdog. Milky yellow, white lace. Ever so light spring onion, grass and tropics. Medium body, mellow, light sparkle, very clean, a hint minerals, marmelade, lemongrass finish. Very nice.

On tap at HopDog. Nose is like hoppy Christmas. Flavor brings spicy spruce pure with a hint of mustard (maybe that's my imagination), nice dry and bitter deliciousness with a good complexity. Great specialty beer!

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is piney-herbal, some sweet fruits, powdered sugar. Taste is piney, a bit sweet tropical fruits, balanced spruce flavours in there. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Solid!

Bottle. Pale rhubarb juice, low head. Light fruity nose, a hint milk acid and almond. Light body, a bit crunchy, berry, kernel bitterness, quenching, quite nice, really good way of sidestepping the usual issues of low alcohol beers.
