Perfume and lemongrass. Biscuit. Clear golden pour with pretty good head, not much lacing. End is only a little bitter, was hoping for more deathly bitterness. Pleasant though.

//500mL bottle, July 2024, Batch 10, drunk 9/27/24. Light haze from gently warming the bottle under water. Deep peach-gold-marigold color. Small, off-white head instantly to edge. Peach, spice, light wood, nothing aggressive, of course. Very delicate, light, subtle with biscuit and cracker from the malt. Touch of lactic, touch of brett, floral peach. Lingering lactic acidity and peppery peach notes. Oh wow, that's a drinker...just goes right down so nicely and easily. Low but engaging carbonation, juicy peach, great attenuation with dough and biscuit from the malt being supportive but also attenuated nicely. Spice, leather, fruit juice and moderate brett with just enough lactic character to keep it crisp and refreshing. No real barrel character in flavor, just there for the mouthfeel and mellowness of the overall beer.

Canned maybe 5/12/24 (hard to read), drunk 9/26/24. Gently cloudy, peach-bronze-copper. Small, off-white head steadily to ring. Earthy, juicy, a bit acidic, fairly adjunct-forward. That said, there's a good amount of rustic yeast character, as well. Fairly funky and with lots of citrus rind and mineral. In the mouth it's soft, malty, lightly juicy, moderately acidic. Adjuncts not overdone at this point, at least. Nicely homogenized, though still with lots of citric acid. Dries out nicely on the finish. The citrus is a bit much, at least the acidity, but the texture is supple and comforting and the esters/phenols very classy.

On tap at The Beer Junction, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some citrusy hops, light stone fruitiness, and a touch of resins. Flavour is fruity, with resinous hops, stone fruitiness, and light citrus. Almost has a Belgian character. Nicely constructed, with a pleasant fruitiness to the hop expression.

On tap at RidgeWood, pours a hazy bright golden with a medium white head. Aroma has plenty of citrusy hops, Belgian yeast, and farmhouse funk. Flavour is fruity, with lots of Belgian yeast, stone fruits, and big citrusy hops. Reasonably mix of Belgian yeast and citrusy hops. Solid.
