750 ml. Deep amber body with a frothy off-white head. Spicy, yeasty aroma. Notes of rye, toasted grain, horse blanket. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Dry finish. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Funky brett taste with bitterness from hops and rye twang. A farmhouse IPA? The flavors seemed disjointed at first, but they blended better the more I drank.

Aroma has soapy citrus and some wheat. Flavour is somewhat hoppy with soapy citrus, some orange peel and spices. Refreshing and nice, feels like a tripel.

Rather nice farmhouse aroma with earthy notes. Flavour is sourish and somerhat tart with earthy notes. Something between berliner weisse and saison. Very nice and tasty stuff, I find it hard to observe that this is just 2,9%. I would love to have some of this on a hot summer day…

Capped 750 from Bine and Vine. Pours very black with a big creamy dark tan head. Aroma is chocolate with some mixed hop - pepper is the only thing I’m certain of. It has a lot of body. Flavor is a little ashy, with a fair amount of chocolate and a lot of burnt malt. The pepper is very noticeable, and there seems to be something in the earthy way. It’s a very nice drink. Finishing not quite dry - but the pepper keeps it from coming over as sweet. Ends with mild pepper and chocolate with that persistent little earthiness.
