Bottle. Pours a hazy light gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a good amount of light fruity yeast with some light grassy hops and a bit of backing sweet grains. Flavor has a good amount of light fruits (apple) and yeast up front with a growing pine note and a light grain backbone.

Bottle. Pours cloudy orange with medium frothy white heade leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is a fruity malt and pepper. Medium mouthfeel with a clove and caramel with lingering dry finish. A good Belgian strong ale from Jester King.

750 ml. Cloudy golden body with a frothy, white head, slowly diminishing. Aroma of floral hops, brett, grass, straw, spice. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Dry finish with a slight tangy taste along with tastes of pear, toasted grain. Lingering bitterness. Balance between the funky yeast and bitter hops is done well.

750ml bottle. Gusher. Relaxed: Cloudy amber colour with huge foamy stable lacing white head. Floral and slightly soapy hop aroma with a yeasty touch and disguised fruit notes. Dry, bitter and slightly biting hop notes predominate taste. Malt basis and fruity notes are relegated to the fringe. Somewhat unbalanced; close to a Saison.
