Bottled. A dark amber beer with a huge tan head - over carbonated. The aroma has notes of straw, brettanomyces, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, brettanomyces, wet hay, and caramel, leading to a dry hay finish. The body is light. Either off or a bad interpretation of a Mild.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesyof bu11zeye. Pours a clear orangey brown with a beige head. Roasty nose - a little tobacco. Light body, heavy overcarbonation, a slow but steady gusher. Burned toast flavours, some nuttiness. Ends dry with no real bitterness. Clearly off somehow. 020212

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks beerandbeyond. Clear amber color with a huge, thick, off-white head. Aroma of citric and floral hops, a bit of tropical fruits, a bit of yeast and some soapy notes. Flavor starts sweetish with a bit of malt, yeast and some fruitiness. Finishes with grapefruity hops bitterness with floral notes. Medium-bodied, strong carbonation. Tasty and very quaffable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks beerandbeyond. Brown-colored with a huge frothy beige head. Aroma of malt, some earthy hops, some wood and fruity notes. Flavor starts sweet with malt and caramel, later turns drier, woody and a bit spicy, and finishes bitter with woody notes, earthy hops and a bit of roastiness. Medium-bodied. Over-carbonated. Decent, but the carbonation is way too strong and it masks a lot of the flavor.
