Bottle at home. Looks really good. Beer in the glass deep golden, nice head. Aroma is sweet alcohol, some wood. Starts intense malty and sweet. Quite alcoholic, but good balanced. Some sweetish-fruity hints as well. Warming malty-alcoholic finish. Quite interesting!

750ml bottle. Opalescent, orange golden colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, minimally strawy and grainy, pale malty background, notes of lemon, lemon peel, a minimally waxy touch. Taste is slightly bitter, citrusy fruity and grassy hoppy, slightly spicy, minimally strawy, pale malty basis, hints of lemon, some lemon peel, a touch of salty cracker. Oily-watery texture, smooth, minimally greasy, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Clean, fairly hoppy, nice mouthfeel - hoppy upgrade for an otherwise boring style.
