330ml Bottle - Hazy golden/light amber with a foamy head. Pear, melon, ginger, soap all feature in the interesting and rather enticing aroma. Melon, peach, herbs, orange and hints of yeasty spice in the taste.

Bottle (7/23/24) pour from Total Wine & More, Burlington. It's a hazy dark amber with TONS of effervescent sparkle, 1/2-finger width crackling tan head with excellent retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong dark fruit, fig, green apple; lemon as it warms. Taste is strong dark fruit, caramel, fig, rock candy. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thin, frothy texture, average carbonation, vaguest alcohol warmth and finish as taste. Overall, good complexity and balance. Glad I finally got around to trying it.

A yellow and murky beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has complex fruitness which is fresh and also some dried fruits, perry, apricot, some spicyness, fresh. Taste has fruitness, perry, apricot, sweetness of fructose, spicyness of pepper, some flowers, maybe hint of alcohol. Medium+ bodied, lightening (high) carbonation. Great beer. Nice addition from Rochefort, and at least as good as dark friends.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours orange blond, medium transparent, with medium grained white foam. Aroma has caramel and honey, fruity, toffee, sweet orange. Body is average but oily, with good carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, with a decent bitterness keeping it balanced. Final is surprisingly dry.

Hazy golden colour, large, dense white head; aroma of orange peel, canned pear, bread crust and yeasty notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with honey and apricot jam notes; great tripel - definitely one of the best tripels re the aroma I've ever tasted

0.33l bottle. Hazy golden body with a dense white head. Aroma and taste of bready malts, yeast, orange peel and earthy hops with a touch of lemon zest. Hoppier than the average tripel. Nice one.

Bottle, thanks O! Hazy golden with white head. Floral herbs, honey, quite fruity. Typical banana and spices with a white pepper finish. Rather well rounded but slightly dry.

Bottle 330ml (Gastropub Tuulensuu). Murky yellow-orange colour, small white head. Fruity aroma with apple and orange. Medium-bodied. Flavour is also quite fruity, even a bit messy with yeast, fruits and sugars. Quite odd triple but not bad.
