Bottle to chalice.
Appearance: dark amber with a little bit of ruggedness to it and a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light banana, some floral tones, Belgian sugars, Belgian yeasty spiciness; subtle herbal notes with clove and orange peel
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to fine sweet to spicy to herbal quality; finishes Belgian spicy with subtle banana to Belgian sugary notes
Texture: medium bodied, leaning to be a sipper; some smoothness but then that "back-of-the-throat" Belgian-like grab with a certain dryness about it is there
Overall: nicely done Belgian Tripel I'm sure to come back to.

Bottles from Drinkmonger and House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy amber body with an off-white head. Lively carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of raisins, rust, caramel, brown bread and Christmas pudding. Flavour of prune, toffee, marzipan and a doughy, yeasty finish. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A delicious beer that goes down very easily for 7.5% ABV. Sweet and warming.

Anniversary 1920-2020 Trappist Product. No dobry trapistowsko/klasztorny Tripel, prawie jak niemal kazdy Orval. kolejne piwo Rochefoert i jestem zadowoliny. W skladzie ziola, przyprawy, co odkrylo moje podniebienie a no kolendre, moze rumianek, ale zdecydowanie w posmaku dominuje kminek. Kmin jest intensywny, smacznie to sie zgralo ze slodowoscia tego tripla, alko ukryte, lekko kwaskowe, przyjemnie nachmielone, umiarkowanie, ale jak na tripla dosc solidnie, wraz z ta ziolowa nuta istna bomba. Wow, super, a do tego piana, trwala, spora i gesta niczym cena jaka Putin bedzie musial zaplacic za lamanie praw miedzynarodowych i nie tylko.

1,5 l Cuvee Vintage 2010. (Aged six years in My cellar). Drink in 31.12.2016. Big bottle from La Houbloniere in Belgium. And 750ml bottle. Vintage Cuvee 2010. (Drink in 2023) Special Thanks to Tim for rare and old bottle. No coz, jednak za pieknie sie nie starzeje to piwo, owocowe, sliwki daktyle, figi, rodzynki jumbo i karmel tak jak wersja magnum nie widze specjalnych roznic. Tamto pite po 6 latach a to po az 13, a wiec ponad 2 krotnie dluzszy czas, ktory specjalnie nic nie wniosl.

Bottle, 2025 vintage. Caramel aroma with notes of dark fruit, spicy Belgian yeast, toffee, leather, banana and clove. Pours dark caramel brown colored with a large tan head that has good retention and decent lacing. Starts with caramel, dark fruit, toffee and leather flavors as well as having a rich duo body and dry mouthfeel. Finishes dry with spicy Belgian yeast, banana and clove flavors. Excellent Belgian.

Large head, reduces to a thin one in about a minute. Darkish amber color, slightly cloudy. Earthy notes on flavour.

0,33 l bottle. BB 15.02.2024. Had it for years on the shelf. Cloudy orange golden in the glass, more than one finger white foamy head. Intensive floral fruity and honey on the nose. Taste is dry pale malty, fruity, sugar sweetness. Some herbs. Present yeast, increasing bitterness. Higher carbonation than expected.
