0.5 l can from Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb, shared with Ogi and Marko, thanks. Hazy orange, small off-white head. Aroma is lightly hoppy, fresh NZ hop character, herbs, pines, needles, resin, hints of lemon zest and pineapple. A vague touch of wild herbs. Creamy, smooth, medium body, dry, slightly dull. Flavour is malts, vanilla and light fruity notes. Some herbal bitterness.

0.5 l can shared with little Dina. Hazy orange, small head. Aroma is moderately hoppy, fruity, tropical fruit, mango, stone fruit, peach, citrus, grapefruit, some herbs, some spice and some malts. Flavour is moderately fruity, stone fruit, grapefruit, zest, straw and grainy malts. Drinkable, smooth, not very juicy, not creamy, no astringency, light bitter finish.

On tap at Ambasada, Zagreb Thursday 11th September 2025 at the end of Fins walking tour of the city. A style mix by the looks of things, nice mouthfeel, soapy white head, nice easy drinker, fruity with tropical fruit, no real bitterness, like it but wouldn't have had this down as a Pilsner NZ, more NE style but certainly with a twist.
