I wrote down 12 degrees. Reddish amber coloured, medium sized pale beige head. Sweet malty, light caramel and hoppy taste. A bit too watery palate and rather sweet finish.

Draught at the brewpub Murky yellow body with a big thick chalky white head. Pleasant nose, yeasty clove, some yoghurtey lacticity. Distinctly clovey taste, lightly bready. Very, very refreshing lemony bitterness near the end. A very good, refreshing wheat!

Draught at the brewpub (thanks to Ogi and Maja for the lunch and the beers!) Somewhat dark reddish amber body, white head. Good malty nose with some lemony hop. Soft, disappointingly light malty and grainy taste. Some hop near the end. Very watery. Drinkable but dull.

Draught at the brewpub (thanks to Ogi and Maja for the lunch and the beers!) Very dark brown/black body, creamy off white head that went away somewhat fast. Nice coffeeish nose, finely roasty. some honeyish malt too and raisins. Creamy, roasty taste, coffee again, some chicory, a touch of refreshingly lemony hops. A very good dunkel.

After RBESG08 the Croatian crew stopped here for lunch. Seen this and the Černy Bez as specials, this got delivered correctly, got the Černy instead of Černy Bez. Ah, well. Lovely amber-red body, thick white head that went away somewhat slowly. Dusty nose, malty, with odd cherry cough syrup in the nose. Light, sweet cherry taste, syrup again, chewy. Chalky. Light, persistant bitterness. Ok nuff, but I liked the Ostrostrelec better.

50 cL bottle, from Cafe Emily - thanks to the kind waitresses that despite the private arrangement an early Sunday before noon let us in and sold us two bottles!

Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Aroma is breadish and mild spiced, light hoppy. Mild spiced breadish flavour with a nice bitterness coming through. Medium dry and bitter/spiced hopy finish.

Draft. A hazy amber beerw ith a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and berries. The flavor has notes of juniper berries and a light touch of malt, leading to a dry hoppy bitter finish. The body is thin.
