on tap at the brewpub. A 12° blueberry lager - that’s unusual in the Czech Republic. Amber-red colour, medium-size head. Aroma of fruit and blueberries. Full-bodied beer with hints of blueberry, but very shy. Otherwise rather hoppy with a solid malty base. Inteersting and good unusual beer from a new brewery.

on tap at the brewery restaurant. Amber colour, large head, fruity aroma. The flavour is dominated by a pleasant hoppy bitterness, slightly grassy and herbal. Good fruity and malty base. Full-bodied with a lingering hoppy finish.

Draught at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Hazy golden, small head. Lovery butterscotch aroma. Medium, sweet with soft mouthfeel. Some hay-like hops adds to the feast. Finishes with medium bitterness. A lovely old school Czech style pilsener, so full of life.

Draught at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Very dark brown, minimal beige head. Medium bodied with excesseive carbonation. Light velvette roasty malt with a touch of lemon on a distance. Butter and caramel along with tobacco wakes up as it warms. Low bitterness. Restrained sweetness makes it quite drinkable.
