Bottle 0.5l. Cloudy, copper colored. AROMA- sour, caramel, touch of chocolate, fermented plum jam. FLAVOR- neutral, a bit sour, slightly bitter, caramel, plums, pale plums, tones of Hašlerky candies, a bit earthy. Medium to fuller bodied. Pretty average.

tap at the brewery restaurant. Amber colour, mid-sized off-white head. Herbal nose. Malty start, shy yeasty hints, something unusual in the taset, not unpleasant, wouldn't have guessed it was dandelion if I hadn't read the description. Nevertheless, a nice beer.

Bottle 0.5l from our archive, half and two years aged. Really dark red to black colored. AROMA- roasted malts, dark chocolate, coffee, pralines. FLAVOR- smooth and silky, slightly sweet, slightly sour, lightly bitter, chocolate, sour cherry, roasted malts, touch of ash, prunes. Medium bodied. Very good.

0.5l bottle from the brewpub. Full murky yellow body, thick white head, medium to low retention. Actually, a remarkably pleasant aroma - peachy, cloves, lightly doughy and tart, slightly old mint. Mint-driven taste building on slightly neutral peach. Not much cloves. Lightly tart, big carbonation really - pearly. It's a bit creamy in a weird way, but overall, definitely a highlight for the brewery right now.
