7.2
Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7

On tap at the tasting room when they first opened. Probably the 2nd lowest flocc-ed (appearance wise) beer of the flight. Slightly darker hue than the others, lightly hazed golden-slightly bronze. Medium sized white head, not the best retention, but good lace. Aromas are fruity, soft, grassy, medium citrus, light salinity, floral, stone fruit. Much cleaner and drier than most. Lightly malty, bitter, but more rounded than some of the others. A trace amount of diacetyl. Medium caramel malt, light fruit, grassy hops. Lively, dry, lower body, not as sharp as the 009.
